Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products  all sales are considered final. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange of equal value.

You must contact us via email within 48 hours of receipt of your item(s) to receive a return authorization number from us. All returns must be shipped registered and insured mail with signature required. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and must be received in perfect condition. We appreciate your understanding.

We encourage you to ask/email all your questions when ordering so that you are assured and satisfied with the order you are placing with us!

Returning Damaged Merchandise

We take great pride and pleasure in making sure you will love your purchase. All items are individually checked before packaging and shipping to insure quality. If you should receive a damaged item, you must contact us via email within 48 hours of receipt of your order to verify the damage and to receive a return authorization number. Damaged goods will be replaced and reshipped once we receive the damaged item in our warehouse. Merchandise returned without our approval will not be accepted and returned to sender.

We are not responsible for any damage that is the result of the miss-care or mishandling of our items.
